Diversity Equity & Inclusion

Our Core Philosophy in Action

Diversity

Presence of different people and perspectives

Equity

Fair access, opportunity, and support

Inclusion

A sense of belonging, voice, and decision-making authority

The success framework in the whole of Bachee Group and The Bulwark Ltd. that directs all decision-making processes and actions—in which we continue honoring and showing RESPECT FOR ALL—is one of its two Core Philosophies. The other is NO DISHONESTY.

In so doing, we adopted the DEI: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in its positive spirits – not just to cheerfully claim but implement through the true spirits. These decision-making, actions, and preconceived thoughts towards these decisions and actions relate to, and involve, our Human Resources & the HR Services, our Clients, Contractors, and Partnering entities; our Visitors, and the General Public.

Diversity

In our workforce, Bulwark and Bachee Group respect the diverse mix of people: Indigenous, Native, and Global with different sociocultural and liguistic backgrounds. Equity

Both Bachee Group entities and The Bulwark Ltd. ensures diverse communities and indigenous people have fair access to opportunities and support available at Bachee Group.

We note that Equity is different from Equality:

  • Equality = Everyone gets the same thing
  • Equity = People get what they need to succeed

"One example of an Equity is to providing extra accessibility tools or furniture for a physically challenged worker."

Inclusion

This is where our Core Philosophies find their privileges:
