Attract all defense-retired individuals interested for an honest regular earning but Recruit and Select only high-quality defense retired persons -- through verifying their previous service records as well as testing their intellect, health, and psychoanalytical perspectives that include measuring IQ and EQ levels

Onboard and Orient these human resources to restore and revive their remaining potential to meet Bulwark Standards which they attained in their defense services

Set clear performance goals and establish metrics for progress for them. Make sure, they understand what they MUST do as well as what they MUST avoid doing.

Implement regular monthly performance reviews that must provide for each of them an opportunity for feedback, recognition of achievements, and discussions about areas for improvement. Conduct exit interviews while offboarding to gather feedback, facilitate knowledge transfer to other team members, and handle necessary paperwork. By ensuring a smooth departure process, Bulwark continues to maintain positive relationships with former employees, garnering goodwill and potentially even leaving the door open for future collaborations.\n\nExit Interviews: Collect feedback from departing employees and understand their experiences and insights.\n\nKnowledge Transfer: Facilitating knowledge transfer and responsibilities to other team members.\n\nHandling Paperwork: Ensuring all necessary paperwork and legal requirements are addressed during the separation process.
