Set clear performance goals and establish metrics for progress for them. Make sure, they understand what they MUST do as well as what they MUST avoid doing.
Performance Reviews
Implement regular monthly performance reviews that must provide for each of them an opportunity for feedback, recognition of achievements, and discussions about areas for improvement. Having recognised and rewarded their efforts and contributions, Bulwark must ensure fostering a culture of continuous improvement, motivating them to excel in their roles.
Development & Training
Develop all Bulwark members through regular monthly motivational training and implementing a thoughtfully crafted reward & recognition program that is potent to boost average employee performance through:\n\nGoal Setting: Support and collaborate with Bulwark's field force and thus ensure establishing clear, specific, measurable, achievable, performance goals each member.\n\nPerformance Evaluation: Assessing employee performance, highlighting strengths, and identifying areas for improvement.\n\nFeedback and Recognition: Providing constructive feedback and recognising employees for their contributions.
Offboarding & Exit
Conduct exit interviews while offboarding to gather feedback, facilitate knowledge transfer to other team members, and handle necessary paperwork. By ensuring a smooth departure process, Bulwark continues to maintain positive relationships with former employees, garnering goodwill and potentially even leaving the door open for future collaborations.\n\nExit Interviews: Collect feedback from departing employees and understand their experiences and insights.\n\nKnowledge Transfer: Facilitating knowledge transfer and responsibilities to other team members.\n\nHandling Paperwork: Ensuring all necessary paperwork and legal requirements are addressed during the separation process.
