We wholly obey the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006, its amendments as updated from time to time, and had previously obeyed the Labor Standing Orders Act 1965 and its Rules 1968
We never delayed to pay monthly salaries to our workforce and have been paying, as per the Labor Act 2006, within the first 07 days of the next month. We believe that not paying security personnel in time can have domino's effect coming to dishonesty at their duty posts
Unlike some ill-intended organizations, we never make a permanent female worker—who notified about her pregnancy—redundant or terminate to avoid paying her 16-week Maternity Benefit that the Sections 45 to 50 of the Labor Act 2006 entitles her
