We obey wholly the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and previously obeyed the Labor Standing Orders Act 1965 and the ancillary Rules 1968
We never delayed to pay monthly salaries to our workforce and have been paying with the first seven days of the next month - as prescribed in the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and its Rules 2015, 2018, and so forth.
We do not terminate female employees to avoid paying them the 16-week Maternity Benefit as in the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and previously the Maternity Benefit Act 1931
